Pain de Mie
Known in the United States as Pullman bread (because of its former use on long-distance Pullman trains), in France it is called pain de mie, or "bread of crumb," since it has comparatively little crust. This creamy white bread is perfect for sandwiches and French toast.

This is delicious bread. Last Mardi Gras, I made a New Orleans-style bread pudding with this bread that was unbelievable. I’m guessing it makes phenomenal French Toast—I will find out this week!
Bread was so good - always a pleasure
Great avocado toast!
This is the best white bread I can find anywhere in Westchester.
It is hard to find really good bread without making it yourself. This bread is as good as I would make myself. Anyone looking for a good white bread should get this. I have also tried their Cranberry Walnut bread which is also wonderful.
