Journeyman's Stollen is based on a traditional German recipe and is made with dried lemon and orange peel, dried cherries, and raisins soaked in cognac. The bread, which has a marzipan center, is dipped in melted butter while still warm from the oven and then rolled in powdered sugar. A special treat for the holidays, but also great as a gift!
