Making pizza at home has never been easier thanks to Journeyman’s sourdough pizza dough. We utilize high gluten flour and olive oil, resulting in a chewy yet delicate crust. Our pizza dough is sold frozen in one pound bags, enough for one large pizza.

Journeyman’s pizza dough is sold frozen and can be kept in your freezer indefinitely. We recommend defrosting the dough overnight in the refrigerator prior to use.
Definitely defrost overnight, and bring to room temp before working, it makes a huge difference in how it cooks!
